we can deliver goods to
destinations within and outside the uk and we
aim to process and dispatch your order within
1-2 working days subject to stock availablility.
If for any reason the product is not available at
the time of your order we will contact you by
email and your order will be sent to you as soon
as possible, when received from our suppliers.
For UK:
We dispatch our orders via Royal Mail first
class, who advise us that they will only accept
claims for lost parcels after 15 days, so if you
require a safer delivery please choose recorded
delivery. |

For Overseas delivery:
We dispatch our order via airmail first class, who
will only accept claims for lost parcels after 45 days,
so if you require a safer delivery please contact us at info@mylittlegift.co.uk
Please note that during busy periods like Christmas
time the delivery time might be delayed, so if you
require an urgent order contact us for next day
delivery service. All our deliver charges are flat rate,
no matter the size or quantity of your order. |

Items must be returned unworn
and undamaged, with all the labels and tags
attached together with the original, umdamaged
packaging. |

Your payment will be refunded by the
same means in which you made the original
payment, within 7 working days of you sending it
back to us. |

We do not refund the cost of return
postage, unless the return is as a result of our
own error, or the whole order was faulty. |

certificate from the post office, as we cannot
accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
We would recommend that you use recorded delivery

For goods returned from outside the
UK, please label the return package as 'Returned
GB Merchandise' on the custom declaration to
ensure no duty or tax is charged. |

We understand that returning goods
from outside the UK within 14 days maybe
difficult, so long as the item is posted back to
us within 14 days, we will accept the refund. As
with UK orders, please retain proof of postage, as
we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in
the post. |

before dispatch or exchange or refund any items,
you are asked to contact us, by telephone or
email as soon as is practicably possible. |

All items are checked before
dispatch, however in the unlikely event that goods

full exchange or refund. |
